What makes these beds chew resistant?
Cordura is an extremely durable 100% nylon fabric with special woven qualities. This fabric has puncture, tear, rip, stain, and mildew resistance built in. This fabric is used in high quality luggage, backpacks, motorcycle jackets, hiking boots, and military products. Cordura fabric is the best choice and time tested to give the best resistance to destructive dogs.

We only use genuine Cordura. When you see the Cordura tags on our products, rest assured you are getting the very best.
How can I get my dog to use a bed like this?.
Place the bed in an area familiar to your dog. Encourage them near it, and spend some time yourself with your dog on it! When your buddy is laying beside you, reward them with lots of praise. You may need to repeat this over several days. Don't let the bed be a source of misunderstanding by scolding your dog onto it. Placing food or water near the bed will also create familiarity.
If you crate train your dog, they may be hesistant to go back in when something new is placed inside. Use the above methods to establish the bed as "theirs" and then inside the crate. You may need to play with their favorite toy and work nearer the open crate door, and eventually get them to retrieve the toy from inside the crate.

We are the manufacturer! When there is no "middle man markup" you save more money compared to other traditional retail stores, or internet sites, or even catalogs!
What are your guarantees?
We offer a 15 day performance guarantee on the Dura-Crate and a 30 day performance guarantee on the Titan products only. These are our only products labeled "chew proof" We do not offer any guarantees on custom or special work, unless specifically stated through our correspondence. Tie down plastic crate beds have a 15 day performance guarantee. The guarantee starts when you receive your bed.
The guarantee is only valid when the customer has installed and maintained the bed properly. All of our crate beds are designed to cover the entire bottom of the crate unless otherwise stated. When you receive your order, please be certain it fills the entire botom of the crate and pan.
We will replace the bed, or refund your purchase price, less initial shipping costs provided the bed is shipped back to us for inspection.
We may also work with you to replace the bed with a stronger product, or develop something that will work for you and your pet.
All of our products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects for a period of one year from date of purchase. All SK Enterprises products are made with ultra high quality and performance in mind.
We will replace the bed, or refund your purchase price, less shipping costs provided the bed is shipped back to us for inspection. You must contact us immediately at cushionguy@hotmail.com and inform us if your Super-Crate or Dura-Crate bed has failed.
We are unable to offer performance guarantees on any custom orders or special sizes unless prevoiusly agreed through correspondence. Our guarantee applies to USA customers only. Shipping costs are prohibitive to guarantee foreign orders.
All products are guranteed to be free from manufacturer defects for a period of one year from date of purchase. All SK Enterprises products are made with Ultra high quality and performance in mind.
If you experience a failure of your product due to a manufacturing defect, we wil replace it provided your item is shipped back to us for inspection. If the failure is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item with one of equal or greater value,
We do not build "insurance premiums" into the cost of our products to cover them in the case of a pet destroying them. If we charged the extra high prices like others, we could easily afford to guarantee everything we sell. The fact is, this is a high risk product, and some beds are destroyed by extremely aggressive dogs.
We would rather be honest with our potential customers, than try to make customers think our product, or any bed labeled chew resistant is bullet-proof. These beds won't stop a speeding locomotive, just slow it down a bit. For the majority of pets, these beds are wonderful and solve many problems for their owners.
It is the owners decision if this product is suitable for their pet. While we do get feedback from our product on a regular basis, we experience very few beds being destroyed.
We would be happy to work with you on special requests, we get them all the time. We pride ourselves on being small and fast turnaround times are easy for us.
It is through customer feedback that we work with you to develop products that solve problems. We developed the Dura-Crate and Super-Crate products from customers needing a crate bed that has very little chance of being destroyed.
The U-Fill-It bed was derived from the need for a cost effective chew resistant bed that has a very low ship cost.
We started with our original Dura-Bed and have grown from there.

What about plastic Vari-Kennel styles crates?
We have made several beds as special orders that secure to the bottom of plastic crates by the owner drilling holes and using ties like our Dura-Crate bed. This product has been successful so we decided to introduce it on our site.
These beds are very similar to our Dura-Crate and Super-Crate products, with the exception of the ties being longer, and closer on the plastic crate style beds.
Once installed, these beds can not be taken out of the crate by your pet.
We urge you to consider any future ramifications this installation may cause by drilling holes into the bottom of the crate. While the holes will not comprimise the strength of the crate, it may void any warranty the crate may be under, and it will not be water proof due to the holes, although we doubt you will be setting your crate in a puddle!
These beds come with the same gurantees as our Dura-Crate and Super-Crate products as stated above.
Simply put-
Chew resistant means the product is resistant to destruction, but not indestructible.
Chew proof means the product is unlikely to be destroyed, and usually carries a performance guarantee against destruction.
